Grade 8 Non-LDCSB Student Registration

2025-2026 NON-LDCSB ELEMENTARY STUDENT REGISTRATION:

 

To complete your registration to attend St. Joseph’s Catholic High School you must complete the following process by Friday, February 28, 2025.

 

Step One of the Registration Process –Complete the LDCSB online registration form.   It can be found at Secondary Registration at LDCSB. (you will have to create a account)

(Please remember to select the 2025-2026 school year).  

 

Step Two of the Registration Process – Submission of Documents 

Parents/Guardians are asked to email Mrs. Lori Berry, Guidance SSA at [email protected] with the submission of the following documents:

 

a) Completed Course Selection Form
 
b) Copy of Grade 7 Final Report Card and Grade 8 Reports (most recent)
 
c) Copy of the New Student Activity Fee Payment Receipt (click link below):
 
e) Copy of your Child's Individual Education Plan (IEP, if applicable)
 
f) SE5 Form Completed & Signed    5 form for registration v2

The course calendar for St. Joseph's shows the courses being offered for the 2025-26 school year.  You can access the course calendar here​.

 

Once the above steps are completed and reviewed by the school, a guidance counsellor will be in touch to confirm that your registration is complete and answer any questions you may have.

Summer School Registration

  1. Summer school registration will open on January 7, 2025, until May 30, 2025, for all non-LDCSB grade 8 to 12 students.
  2. Registration for summer school closes May 30, 2025.
